For example: If you order on a Friday, your pickup day is Saturday. If there is any confusion, please follow your pick up date on your confirmation email. Please note, we do NOT do advanced ordering (no exceptions). If you have a date in mind, please order the day before your desired pickup/delivery date.
We are now accepting flavour substitutions for NUT ALLERGIES ONLY. Upon checkout, there is a section that you can fill out that can let us know of your allergy/preference. You could also email us after confirming your order with your order number in the subject line to let us know you'd like to substitute. Although we will try our best to accommodate it with a doughnut of your choice, it will be based on what we have available at the time.
At this time we are only able to offer our 4 box choices. We do this to help minimize the amount of times we are handling our product from the beginning until it reaches you. Unless you have an allergy we are unable to provide custom boxes at this time. Once we are safely able to reopen, we will be able to do this upon walking in to order!
Pickup is available from Wednesday to Sunday between 10am-3pm at our location 102 Lupin Drive in Whitby. When selecting your time slot, you may arrive at anytime between that hour. Please refrain from arriving earlier or later then your time slot as this can throw off our system and our hard working team!
When you pick up your doughnuts at the specified time requested – please use the parking spots in front of the store. We ask if you could have your order # written/typed on a large piece of paper on your windshield so that our team can see it easily! We kindly ask for you to wait in your car until one of our team members delivers your order. We want to keep our staff and you as safe as possible!

We tend to sell out VERY quickly (within a few minutes after 9 am). Please check back the next day for ordering if you were not successful this time. A good indicator that your order went through is if you got a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email but you have an order number, please contact us using email or social media. We do not have a phone number.
Due to the popularity of our product, we tend to sell out very quickly but with a few tips you can get your order! We HIGHLY recommend enabling the autofill function on your browser (a google search should help you with this). Once this is enabled, it fills out all your information for you, including payment! This is how a lot of customers have been getting orders in record timing. We also highly suggest being exactly on the page you want prior to 9 am! For example, if you want the dozen option please be on that page. When 8:59 hits, please refresh your browser continuously until it opens up! This combined with autofill and fast fingers give you a high chance of successfully placing an order!
We apologize if you didn't get an order through! If it says we are sold out, we are sold out. Please check back for the next ordering day!
